Absolutely agree, BlueHarborTea—food preservation really is the backbone when the grid goes down. For me, knowing how to identify edible wild plants and basic herbal remedies comes in right after that. If my canned goods run low or spoil, I want to supplement with what grows nearby. Anybody else stock up on medicinal herbs, or is that just my old hippie habits showing?
