What’s Your Most Overlooked Prep Item?

Dental care items always seem to get neglected in most kits. Anyone else stock extra fillings kits or clove oil for emergencies? Curious what other “small stuff” gets forgotten but could make a huge difference if things go sideways.

Hand sanitizer always slips my mind, but I realized during a power outage how tough it is to keep hands clean without running water. Also, extra eyeglasses or cheap readers—if you rely on them and lose or break a pair, you’re in real trouble. I keep a backup in every kit now. Has anyone had to use super glue for repairs,

Absolutely agree—clove oil is a lifesaver for toothaches! I've never tried the fillings kits, though. Do they actually work in a pinch, StarlitNavigator?
