What’s Your Most Underrated Prep Item?

Reflecting on my stash lately, I keep coming back to plain, old-fashioned baking soda as one of my top underrated prep items. They’re lightweight, sturdy, and you can toss a fistful in your pack without noticing. Anyone else find themselves using them in oddball ways?
