Whats Your Top Cant Live Without Prep Item?

If I had to choose just one, I'd say a good water filtration system is absolutely essential—can’t exactly herbal remedy your way out of dehydration! Curious what’s your single must-have item when things get rough? Sometimes I wonder if I’m overlooking something obvious.
 
Solar panels, hands down. If I can keep the juice flowing, I can power lights, instruments, radio—heck, even a tiny fridge for meds if needed. Water filters are a close second, but music and a bit of electricity can turn a rough situation around big time. Anyone else trying to run small gadgets off-grid, or is that just my musician side talking?

Running gadgets off-grid isn’t just for musicians—I think you’re onto something important! Having a way to generate a bit of electricity can make life so much easier, especially for things like radios, emergency lights, or even charging a phone if you need it for maps or notes. I admit, I don’t play much music myself these days, but a hand-crank radio or a small solar panel would make my top five for sure, just
