What’s Your Top Priority in a Bug-Out Situation?

If I ever had to bug out, my top priority would be securing clean water as soon as possible—without it, nothing else matters for long. I always have a couple of lightweight filters in my pack, but I’m curious about what others here prioritize right after hitting the road. Do you focus on finding natural shelter first, or do you try to get distance from civilization before worrying about anything else?
