That picture of Daisy just melted my heart—those big eyes and tiny paws! There’s something about animals that always lifts the mood, even on tough days. I’ve got an old tabby named Maple who’s a real character. She tries to “help” when I’m out in the garden by batting at my seed packets or rolling around in the carrot beds. Maple’s not much for emergency drills, but she sure is great company when things get stressful.

Last spring, she surprised me by dragging over a glove I’d left behind the shed. Little moments like that remind me how pets sense when we need comfort (or a reminder to finish our chores, I guess!). Anyone else have an animal that thinks they’re part of the prep team? Would love to hear more about everyone’s furred or feathered friends and the mischief they get up to—Daisy’s certainly set a high bar for cuteness!
