Who Actually Practices Their Bug Out Plan Regularly?

I see a lot of folks talk about bug out plans, but does anyone here actually run realistic drills? Curious how often you practice and if you ever run into unexpected issues during a timed test run.

I run through my whole plan about twice a year, and every time, I realize I’ve forgotten at least one thing. Anyone ever try it with family members who aren’t really onboard?
