What’s In Your 72-Hour Bug Out Bag Right Now?

Curious what folks are packing these days—what’s actually in your current 72-hour bag? I’m reviewing mine and wonder if anyone’s got new must-haves or swapped gear recently. Any regrets or recommendations on lightweight shelter or water purification?
 
Swapped my heavy tarp for a lightweight bivy sack, huge difference. For water, Sawyer Mini’s still my go-to—fast and light. Anyone tried those new collapsible kettles?
 
Switched to a small folding saw instead of a hatchet—saves weight and still handles branches for shelter or cooking. Got a Lifestraw for water, but I’m thinking of adding purification tabs as backup, just in case. Shelter’s just a poncho and mylar blanket combo right now; keeps things light and packs down tiny. Anybody using those inflatable pillows, or do you just ball up extra clothes?
