Anyone Actually Tried Living Off-Grid for a Month?

Has anybody here actually gone fully off-grid for at least a month—no cheating, no grid hookups? Curious what your biggest surprise or “wish I’d known that” moment was, especially around power and keeping the essentials running. Thinking about giving it a shot myself soon.
