Best Long-Term Food Storage Options for Tight Budgets?
With prices climbing, I’m looking for the most cost-effective ways to build up my food storage for long-term emergencies. I’ve been canning what I can from the garden, but that only goes so far through the winter. For those working with a tight budget, what bulk foods do you recommend that have a long shelf life and good nutrition? Also, are there certain storage methods that give the best bang for the buck, like Mylar bags versus buckets? Any tips would be appreciated.
