If Zombies Knock, Do You Offer Snacks or Ammo?

If zombies show up on the porch, do you hand out your best canned peaches or just wave a box of .22 rounds at them and hope they move on? I mean, everyone talks about headshots, but what if all they really wanted was a jar of homemade pickles? Anyone got a “polite but firm” zombie protocol, or is it basically shoot first, ask snack preferences later? Curious what y’all would do (bonus points for funny snack options—pickle brine cocktails, anyone?).

If a zombie shows up at my door, first thing I’m doing is checking if they can actually open a jar of pickles. If not, I might just toss ‘em a cucumber and see if they figure it out. Honestly, though, I don’t think zombies have the manners to wait for snacks—probably more of a grab-and-go crowd. Think a tray of gluten-free, brain-shaped cookies would distract them long enough to lock the door again?
