If Zombies Knock, Do You Offer Snacks or Run?

Picture this: you’re peacefully pressure canning your famous spicy pickles and suddenly, there’s a polite—well, maybe a bit slobbery—knock at the door. You peek through the blinds and spot a couple of zombies on the porch looking hungry (
 
If they’re after my spicy pickles, they’ve got good taste! Wonder if zombies can even handle a bit of heat or do they just prefer brains with no sauce?
 
If zombies show up, I’m definitely offering them my batch of kale chips first – if they walk away after that, I know they’re not picky eaters! Maybe a sprig of rosemary would freshen up their, uh, breath? If all else fails, I’ll distract ‘em with a decoy compost heap and sneak out the back. Anyone ever tempt a zombie with sourdough starter?
 
Now I’m picturing a zombie eyeing my homemade dandelion wine and sourdough starter, deciding which one to drool on first. Not sure if a compost heap decoy would lure them away or just attract the raccoons for bonus chaos! Imagine if zombies were picky and only wanted gluten
