Waiting a whole week for the answer, OldTimerJohn? You’re building more suspense here than the last time I tried to tune a bass during a blackout! If my guess is right and the unscrambled word is “generator,” that ties right into my own strategy—literally keeping the amps powered so the jam never stops when the lights go out. I’ve even got a solar setup in my backyard; sunlight’s not quite the same as stage lighting, but the audience (aka raccoons) doesn’t seem to mind. The bonus points are making me think we should have a leaderboard for “most creative way to stay prepped and entertained,” or maybe just whoever brings the best snacks. Anyone else incorporate their hobbies into prepping plans, or am I the lone crazy with a bug-out bag full of guitar strings and telescope lenses?

Pretty sure it's "firelit"—which is also how my kitchen looks after toast goes wrong. Anyone else accidentally practice fire starting while making breakfast, or is that just me?
