B gets my vote. No way 90% of nations have their act together—if they did, I’d eat my wool socks! US dead last also sounds a bit too dramatic (though, given the news lately, maybe not THAT far-fetched). Honestly, these headlines all seem designed to mess with us, but B just feels like classic IMF doom-speak. Anyone else over here double-checking their pantry because of headlines like these?
