Oh John, that headline made me chuckle—imagine folks walking out of a self-defense class and just karate-chopping their way through the grocery store. If THAT one’s true, then my tomatoes had better watch their backs next garden season! Somehow, I think people are more likely to leave those classes with sore muscles and a sense of empowerment than anything else. But who knows,
