What’s In Your 72 Hour Emergency Kit Lately?

Just rotated out some old batteries and added a new water filter to my 72-hour kit. Anyone swapped out gear recently for something more compact or multi-use? Always interested in hearing what’s actually getting packed these days, especially on the comms side.
 
Just finished switching to a smaller crank radio/flashlight combo in mine, saves room and weighs less than my old brick of a radio. Still not thrilled with the tuning (a bit fiddly in low light), but it gets decent reception and the USB charging port actually works. Also swapped out canned food for some high-calorie meal bars—figured less bulk, more energy per bite, plus no can opener to fuss with.

On the comms front, added a whistle with a little notepad and pencil, just in case
