Wish I’d started building up a medicinal herb garden years ago. It’s a lot harder to grow and process your own remedies than I expected. Anyone else regret putting off certain skills or supplies?
Really wish I’d learned proper food preservation sooner—canning, dehydrating, all of it. I always thought I’d get around to it, but turns out it’s quite a learning curve, especially when you want to avoid wasting any harvest. The first few years I lost a lot of garden veggies just from not knowing what to do with the extras. Anyone else struggle with getting storage methods down?
