What’s One Prep You Wish You’d Started Sooner?
Wish I’d started pressure canning a lot earlier. Only got serious about it a few years ago and it’s made such a difference building up a reliable food stash, especially with my garden harvests. The peace of mind from having homemade meals shelf-stable just can’t be beat. Curious what others regret putting off—was it water storage, radio comms, skills training?
