Wish I’d started a rainwater catchment system years ago—would have saved time and money on water storage. Anyone else regret waiting too long on a specific prep? Curious what others would change if you could start over.

Really wish I’d gotten serious about learning to can a lot sooner. When I first started gardening, I’d end up giving away or even composting so much extra produce just because I didn’t know what to do with it all.
