Whats One Prep You Wish Youd Started Sooner?

Wish I’d started building a backup comms plan with reliable radios sooner—cell service is just too fragile. Anyone else regret not diving into HAM or GMRS earlier? What’s the prep you’d prioritize if you could do it over?
