Looking back, I completely overlooked spare eyeglasses—big mistake. Anyone else forget essentials that aren’t life-or-death but make all the difference? Would love to hear those "small but critical" items y’all wish you’d stashed sooner.

Toothpaste and floss, of all things! I had plenty of soap and even baking soda, but running low on dental stuff got old real fast. It’s surprising how much you miss clean teeth when you’re focused on bigger problems. Also, sewing needles—tiny but so handy for repairs. Has anyone else had to improvise on little comforts like that?
