What’s Your Go-To Item in a Bug Out Bag?
When I’m packing or refreshing my bug out bag, I always hesitate over what’s “essential” versus “nice to have.” Personally, I never leave out my compact water filter and a small tin of my homemade calendula salve (you’d be surprised how often a good skin ointment is needed, not just for cuts but all sorts of irritation). After food and water, reliable fire-starting gear and a sturdy multitool are musts for me.
