Lately, I realized I don’t have nearly enough spare eyeglasses tucked away—if I break my main pair during a crisis, I’m in real trouble. Absolutely agree about the glasses—mine are essential for reading instructions too. For me, it's always hand-crank radios; I keep forgetting to check if they're still working or just gathering dust.
