Best DIY Ways to Purify Water Without Power?
With so many methods out there, I’d like to know what’s actually worked for folks if the power’s out long term. I keep a stash of bleach drops and coffee filters, but I’m not sure what’s safest or most practical for bigger batches. Has anyone tried solar stills or the SODIS method for drinking water? Any advice on building a good DIY gravity filter from stuff around the house? Would love to hear what’s worked (and what hasn’t) from real experience.
