If Squirrels Ruled: Prepping Disasters Gone Nutty

Picture this: you're bugged out in the woods, food stocks are secure, radio’s tuned…and then the squirrels stage a coup. They’re organized, relentless, and have mastered the art of ziplining between trees straight into your cache. What’s your best “counter-squirrel” defense strategy? Those little fuzzballs are basically woodland ninjas with PhDs in mischief. Last time I thought I had my peanut butter stash locked down, they held a full-on squirrel rave in my tent. Maybe the trick is to leave a fake cache, complete with decoy snacks and a tiny disco ball? Has anyone tried reasoning with them, or are we just doomed to be their unwitting suppliers?

Woodland ninjas is spot-on—squirrels never met an obstacle they couldn’t chew through or a trap they couldn’t escape. Honestly, StarlitNavigator, if these furry PhDs ever unionize, we’re all in trouble. My last attempt at squirrel-proofing involved chili powder and a decoy nut stash; they just seemed mildly offended and stole my gloves as payback. If only my old library card was as indestructible as their teeth! Maybe we need to invent
