When disaster hits, my first move is always to secure water—either by gathering what I have or setting up collection systems. Food and shelter come next, but I know opinions differ depending on the situation. First thing I do is check comms—if you can’t get info or contact anyone, you’re flying blind. Water’s next, but I always want that radio running first. Anyone else keep radios prepped?
