Best First Aid Kits for Bug Out Bags?

Looking to upgrade the first aid kit in my bug out bag—prefer something compact but with good trauma supplies (tourniquet, Israeli bandage, etc). Any favorites that actually hold up in the field, or must-have add-ons folks recommend? Not interested in the cheap drugstore versions.

I've tried a few different kits over the last couple years and keep coming back to the Adventure Medical Kits Trauma Pak Pro as a solid base. It's compact, comes with a decent tourniquet and QuickClot, and the pouch holds up well in a pack.
