Best Skills to Practice Now Before SHTF?

Lately I’ve been wondering which practical skills are most worth prioritizing before things get bad. I’ve got the basics covered—food storage, some water filtration, and a bit of gardening—but I realize that’s only scratching the surface. There are so many directions to go. For those who’ve been doing this a while: what hands-on skills have actually proven vital, or at least given you the most confidence? For example, have you found that knowing basic first aid or small engine repair comes up most? Or maybe plant identification, navigation without GPS, or making improvised tools?
